If you are a smart woman, you know the value of doing kegels. Kegels strengthen the muscles in your pelvic floor and help reduce the dreaded womanly issue of urinary incontinence as you age. If you are pregnant and want to increase your chances of having a fast and easy delivery sans the dreaded tearing, do your kegels. If you want to be able to control your bladder and not accidentally pee yourself after you sneeze, do your kegels. 😉
